Our policy assures you of an economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservation. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, etc. Additional fees, such as taxes, surcharges, or service charges, may apply to your bookings.
3. Methods of Payment
We accept Cash payments at office, Card Payments, Cash deposit & Bank transfer to our registered Bank Account in UAE.
4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
- Every service has Its own cancellation & No show policies, before booking any Service with Panorama Travel & Tourism per person Company LLC, client has to read cancellation policy of that particular to the services that you purchased.
- Each service provider has its own refund and cancellation policy, as a result of which we adhere to the same.
- Cancellation request must be in writing to our official contacts.
5. Refund Policy and Process
- The reservations which are applicable for refund as per the cancellation policy specified in each booking will be entitled for refund (if applicable) and will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of cancellation request after the deduction of cancellation fees & payment processing charges.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
